This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between TenetCode Inc. ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee") for the LiberDrop application (the "Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. Licensee may install and use the Software on any number of devices.

The Software is owned and copyrighted by Licensor. Licensee's license to use the Software is not a sale of the Software. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee relating to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between Licensor and Licensee with respect to the Software.
